Retention windows
Raw uploads are scheduled for deletion after the configured raw-upload retention window. Final packet artifacts use a separate configured retention window.
AI processing limits
Case documents are used to generate your packet. We do not use your case documents to train AI models. External media OCR/transcription requires consent and an admin enablement gate.
